At Cortona, we frequently enter 3D Printer Competitions as a part of our STEM-H Program. Is your student a techie? An artist? A designer? A writer? We need you!
This project supports President Obama’s initiative to increase American competitiveness with China in the field of manufacturing and rapid prototyping. 3D printing is the basis of all future robotics, engineering, and art. President Obama has now invested $80 million into the industry.
One Cortona Academy student took his 3D printer project from our team last year to the House of Representatives–and it was patented!
