“A RENAISSANCE SUMMER: THE WELL-ROUNDED CHILD!”
TWO 3-WEEK SUMMER PROGRAMS, 2011
For grades 4-8: Science, Computers, Invention, Sports
For grades 9-12: ALL SUBJECTS/ SAT/SSAT AND TJ PREP
9 AM – 3:30 PM Monday through Friday
The RENAISSANCE Summer Session will focus on:
- ACADEMICS: Math, English (Reading, Writing and Grammar) and science;
- Intensive Language PROCESSING and Organizational training; HTS-3
- INVENTION: in Fine Arts, Drama and Computers
- COMPUTERS – Digital Arts, Typing
- SPORTS: Physical exercise and games, soccer tennis, aerobics and dance
- ALL academic subjects for high school credit!
- SSAT/PSAT/SAT group and Individual classes
- TJ Prep Classes for 7th and 8th graders.
Our goal in the SUMMER PROGRAMS is to work with the WHOLE CHILD, combining Academics and Play. Sharon Strauchs, CORTONA’S Director, and her staff have developed renowned and innovative programs for 20 years which give to special attention to both the most gifted students, as well as those who need remedial interventions. Cortona teachers are professors and educators at the top of their field who bring real world expertise and excitement to their subject areas.

Registration Fee (non-refundable) $250
Program cost: $1050 per session
